Role Overview
We are seeking a highly connected and entrepreneurial Fractional Senior Consultant role to expand Sukoon's presence across private universities and higher education institutions in India.
The ideal candidate will have experience engaging senior leadership within educational institutions and a proven ability to open doors, build executive relationships,



and generate qualified opportunities.
This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and advancing conversations with decision-makers including Vice Chancellors, Chancellors, Founders, Trustees, and Institutional Owners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Proactively identify and engage private universities, colleges, and educational institutions across India.
Build targeted outreach campaigns across Law, Medical, Engineering, Management, Liberal Arts, and other higher education segments.
Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective institutional partners.
Map key stakeholders and decision-makers within target institutions.
Executive Relationship Building
Establish relationships with:
Vice Chancellors
Chancellors
Founders and Owners
Governing Board Members
Registrars
Deans and Academic Leadership
Student Affairs and Wellness Leaders
