Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing client relationships and facilitating residential and commercial property transactions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, presenting investment options, and advising clients on market trends and opportunities aligned with their goals. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date understanding of local and international real estate markets, preparing accurate listings and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. The Property Specialist will handle inquiries, provide responsive customer service, negotiate offers, and support clients through closing and post-sale follow-up. The position requires consistent on-ground presence for client meetings, site visits, and collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
