Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic, data-driven Manager - Growth, Sales & Digital Marketing to own three critical functions: Lead Nurturing, B2C Sales, and Digital Marketing. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution - someone who can build and manage teams, manage end-to-end campaigns, and convert interest into revenue. You will lead a small cross-functional team and work directly with the founding team to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across Myndwell's D2C and B2B verticals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Nurturing




• Design and manage end-to-end lead nurturing workflows across channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app)
• Segment leads based on intent signals, demographics, and funnel stage; tailor communication accordingly
• Develop drip campaigns and automated follow-up sequences to improve lead-to-appointment conversion rates
• Monitor lead pipeline health and report weekly metrics - MQL to SQL ratios, drop-off points, and conversion benchmarks
• Collaborate with the clinical and content teams to ensure nurturing messaging is empathetic, accurate, and on-brand
• Manage and optimize CRM hygiene - ensure all leads are accurately tagged, tracked, and followed up on time

2. B2C Sales
• Own the B2C sales funnel from initial inquiry to booking/enrolment — for therapy, wellness programs, and D2C products
• Build, train, and manage a small inside sales / tele-counselling team; set daily targets and review performance
