As part of our growth, we are currently seeking for an experienced Lead Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team and lead electrical design activities for industrial projects in the Oil & Gas, Chemical,
Refining, and Petrochemical sectors for our offices in Pune or Gurgaon
Role Summary
The role will focus on delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting designers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and NOVARGI engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute basic and detailed electrical engineering and design activities.
Develop and review electrical calculations, equipment sizing, single-line diagrams, substations, and distribution systems.
Develop and review designs for electrical systems and equipment including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and cabling.
Lead and support electrical designers, including review of engineering deliverables.
Review technical documentation, drawings, and calculations from electrical
