ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a content specialist and growth enthusiast to join our team.
In this role, you won't just be "driving traffic"; you will be responsible for
defining how our product lives in the mind of the consumer. You will bridge the
gap between what we built and why the user needs it, using organic channels
(Search and Social) to tell that story.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Content-Led Growth: Create and optimize organic content that maps to the
entire marketing funnel from top-of-funnel educational guides to
bottom-of-funnel product comparisons.

* Social Content Strategy: Monitor the social presence of Cashfree and create
content strategy for social channels.

* SEO Performance: Track SEO performance metrics and use the metrics feedback
to optimize content.

* Product Positioning: Develop deep understanding of key products of Cashfree
and create the content strategy based on that.

* The "Organic-to-Product" Journey: Audit the landing page experience for
organic visitors. Ensure that the promise made in a Google search result is




actually delivered within the product UI.

* Competitive Intelligence: Monitor how competitors are positioning their
features and identify "white space" where we can win through organic
authority.

THE IDEAL PROFILE

* The Content Marketer: You understand that SEO/GEO/AEO are just tools driven
by content; you’re also interested in copywriting, psychology, and user
experience (UX).

* Strategic Thinker: You don't just look at "Volume" and "Difficulty"; you look
at "Intent." You can explain why a specific search term is more valuable to
the business than another.

* Data-Informed Creative: You can write a compelling headline, but you also
want to see the A/B test results to see if it actually worked.

* Communication Guru: You can translate complex product features into straightforward,
"human" benefits that rank well and convert better.
