As we expand across South Indian language markets and beyond, we're looking for people who understand what makes a story land, and who care as much about craft as they do about scale.

About the role:
We are looking for a Voice Lead- Production to lead and scale our Voice Production ecosystem across Human Voice Artists (VoAs), AI voices, and GenAI videos, with a focus on our South Indian language markets- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. This role will own the end-to-end production pipeline.

What you'll own:
Grow our Voice Artist network through studios, theatre groups, and training academies, find new sourcing channels, set up VoAs with the right recording gear, and build strong artist and studio relationships
Own production output across PGC, UGC, and AI,



work with Creative and Business on delivery targets, fix bottlenecks, and manage Cost Per Hour without dropping quality
Set quality standards and scorecards for human and AI voices, run regular audits, fix recurring issues with QC, and build feedback loops that improve output over time
Use listener feedback and NPS to spot ways to improve voice quality, track VoA concerns, suggest upgrades, and run recognition initiatives for top performers
Build training programs on modulation, pronunciation, pacing, and performance, run Producer workshops, and grow an active VoA community
Test new GenAI video and AI voice tools, evaluate new models, benchmark against human quality, and scale what works
Act as the main point of contact for production issues, working closely with Creative, Business, QC, and Product

What you bring:
8+ years in audio/voice/content production, recent emerging technologies, or a similar role
