Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The person in this role will handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, explain immigration services, and guide prospects through eligibility and process-related queries.



Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, and following up with clients to move them through the sales pipeline. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with the advisory and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide consistent customer support. The role also involves meeting sales targets, adhering to call and quality standards, and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.
