Nutristar is a growing Health & Wellness marketplace focused on bringing trusted brands and products across nutrition, supplements, fitness, wellness and healthy living to consumers through a strong digital-first platform.
We are looking for a smart, driven and highly commercially oriented Marketplace & Vendor Growth Manager who can take ownership of building and scaling Nutristar’s brand/vendor ecosystem.
This is not a routine vendor-management role. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, onboard the right brands, negotiate commercially, analyse data and continuously find ways to grow marketplace GMV, revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Vendor Acquisition
Identify and build a pipeline of high-potential health, wellness, nutrition and lifestyle brands.
Reach out to brands, pitch Nutristar and drive the complete onboarding process.




Build solid relationships with founders, business heads and brand teams.
Negotiate commercials, margins, commissions, payment terms, exclusivity and promotional participation.
Continuously expand the marketplace with relevant, differentiated and high-potential brands.
Marketplace Growth
Own marketplace GMV, revenue, assortment and brand growth.
Identify categories, brands and products with high growth potential.
Analyse sales, conversion, margins, AOV, repeat purchases, inventory and product performance.
Develop strategies to increase sales of existing brands and improve overall marketplace productivity.
Identify gaps in assortment and proactively bring in products/brands to fill them.
Business & Analytics
Strongly data-driven decision making — numbers should be a core part of the role.
Track marketplace KPIs and create actionable insights from data.
Analyse brand-wise, category-wise and SKU-wise per
