Role Description The HR Officer role at Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot and is intended for local candidates only. The HR Officer will handle day-to-day human resources activities, including supporting recruitment processes, preparing and updating job descriptions, and assisting with onboarding and documentation. The role includes implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes.



The HR Officer will also help address employee queries, support employee relations initiatives, and coordinate HR-related communications and basic compliance activities. The position offers a salary of up to 15,000 INR per month, with opportunities to learn and grow within a regulated financial services environment.
