About the Role
Digi Sidekick is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Associate with a strong background in scaling D2C brands through Meta Ads. We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance while managing substantial advertising budgets and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to drive business growth.
Manage high-budget advertising campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Scale campaigns by optimizing audience targeting, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall account health.




Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
Collaborate closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable insights and performance reports.
Stay updated with Meta platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Work towards achieving client KPIs while ensuring consistent campaign performance.
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads).
Proven experience managing high-budget Meta advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience working with D2C brands (Mandatory).
Strong understanding of campaign scaling, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
