Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, supporting the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets. This role includes managing client inquiries, conducting property presentations and site visits, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available inventory and market trends.



The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in negotiating deals, preparing proposals, and coordinating documentation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Daily responsibilities include updating CRM records, tracking sales pipelines, following up with prospects, and providing regular reporting on sales activities and performance. The role also involves contributing to local marketing initiatives, attending client meetings, and ensuring a skilled, customer-centric experience at every stage of the sales process.
