The brief
You will own how Damco sounds and how Damco’s content actually gets made.
Five teams, Branding, Category Marketing, Inbound, Outbound, and Sales, will come to you with briefs for blogs, white papers, case studies, ads, decks, scripts, landing pages, emails, and everything in between. Your team turns those briefs into work the company is proud to put its name on.
This is a craft role with operating responsibility. There is no playbook for this function yet. You get to build it. We give you complete autonomy; you bring the taste, expertise and judgment.

What you’ll own
Damco’s voice and editorial standards — the style guide, the do’s and don’ts, the things we say and the things we never say. You codify it and defend it across every piece that ships.
The Content team — ensuring they upskill themselves and produce highest quality of work
The production engine — the brief intake process,



the queue, capacity planning, the per-format process runbooks, the supporting templates (SME inputs, fact-check, customer-story briefs).
Quality of everything that ships — blogs, white papers, case studies, reports, ad copy, sales decks, scripts, emails, landing pages, social. If your team’s name is on it, you own how valuable it is.
The partnership with Mandator teams — Branding, Category Marketing, Inbound, Outbound, Sales. You’re the single point they brief into, and the person they trust to push back when a brief isn’t strong enough.
Reporting —Report on what shipped, what worked, and what’s next — monthly and quarterly to the Marketing Lead.
