We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow PPM/SPM Trainer to design and deliver engaging, hands-on training for business users, administrators, and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver instructor-led and hands-on ServiceNow PPM/SPM training.
Train users on:
Project & Program Management
Portfolio & Demand Management
Resource & Financial Management
Strategic Planning
Agile Development
Time & Cost Management
Reports & Dashboards
Create and customize training materials based on client processes and configurations.
Conduct practical exercises, assessments, and knowledge-gap analysis.
Provide post-training support and coaching.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of ServiceNow PPM/SPM experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of PPM/SPM capabilities and processes.
Proven experience delivering training to business and technical audiences.
Solid presentation, facilitation,



and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business users.
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, navigation, and roles.
Experience creating professional training and learning materials.
Preferred
ServiceNow CSA and relevant SPM/PPM certifications.
ServiceNow implementation, configuration, or business-analysis experience.
Enterprise training experience.
Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, PMO, and project-management practices.
Experience in change management, user adoption, e-learning, or video-based training.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
