About the role
Dessert Xtreme Adventures is looking for a Sales Executive – Chat Process to handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, website chats, social media, and other digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings for Dubai adventure activities, tours, and experiences.

Key Responsiblities
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp other digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Dubai activities and packages.
Promote and sell Desert Safari, Dune Buggy & Quad Bike, Dhow Cruise,Dubai City Tours & Attractions, and other adventure experiences.
Share package details, pricing, inclusions, availability, timings, and booking information.
Follow up aggressively with leads to maximize conversions and close bookings.
Achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer objections related to pricing, availability, packages,



and competitors.
Upsell and cross-sell additional activities to increase booking value.
Maintain regular follow-ups with hot, warm, and pending leads.
Update lead status, customer details, follow-ups, and bookings accurately in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations/reservations team for smooth booking confirmation.
Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding activity timings, meeting points, inclusions, and requirements.
Maintain professional, prompt, and customer-friendly communication throughout the sales process.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in chat sales, inside sales, travel sales, tourism, or customer conversion preferred.
Experience in selling Dubai tours, activities, or adventure experiences will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Comfortable handling multiple chats and leads
