GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
This role is responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of Aon’s global salary survey participation programme and provides flexible support for other global compensation projects and operational priorities. The role combines end-to-end process ownership, data governance, vendor and stakeholder coordination, analysis, and disciplined execution across multiple countries and survey providers.
