What will you be doing?

The Application Portfolio Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of enterprise applications, including SaaS products and custom-developed solutions. The role balances business partnership, technology strategy, operational excellence, vendor management, financial governance, and team leadership while driving transformation and innovation through AI and emerging technologies.

Key Areas of Accountability

Application Strategy & Roadmap
Define and maintain application strategy aligned to business objectives.
Create and manage application roadmaps, modernization plans, and technology evolution initiatives.
Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and rationalization.




Business Relationship Management
Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
Gather enhancement requests and performance feedback.
Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Ensure secure and reliable application operations.
Deliver agreed service levels, operational KPIs, and performance targets.
Monitor application health and drive corrective actions when required.
AI, Automation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced technologies.
Drive automation, efficiency improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead transformation programs across the application portfolio.
Vendor & Contract Management
Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers.
Oversee licensing, support contracts, and service delivery commitments.
Participate in contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
