We’re Hiring – Booking Staff / Telesales Executive

Location: Vasai Road, Mumbai /Andheri Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Experience: 0–6months

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

About the Role: We are looking for a Booking Staff / Telesales Executive to handle daily courier/shipment booking operations along with telesales and customer follow-ups. The role involves handling walk-in customers, processing bookings, maintaining shipment records, coordinating pickups, and generating new business through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and courier/shipment bookings.

- Enter and verify shipment details accurately.
- Check required documents and calculate courier charges.
- Collect payments and generate receipts/booking AWBs.
- Pack and label shipments where applicable.
- Coordinate with pickup staff.
- Make outbound telesales calls and generate new customers.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Contact local businesses and potential B2B customers.




- Maintain booking, customer and pending shipment records.
- Prepare daily booking/closing reports.
- Ensure accurate collections and data entry.

Telesales is an important part of this role, with a focus on outbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups and converting enquiries into business

Required Skills:- - Good communication and convincing skills. - Comfortable with outbound calling and customer handling. - Basic computer knowledge. - Positive follow-up and record-keeping skills. - Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding or telesales is an advantage.
