Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The person in this role will handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, explain immigration services, and guide prospects through eligibility and process-related queries. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, and following up with clients to move them through the sales pipeline.

Executive will collaborate with the advisory and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide consistent customer support. The role also involves meeting sales targets, adhering to call and quality standards, and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
- Customer service and customer support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Lead generation and sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing opportunities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM or call management systems.
- Prior telesales, call center, or inside sales experience, preferably in services or consulting.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage targets, and maintain a high level of motivation and resilience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; experience in immigration or consultancy services is an advantage.
