We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries and generate sales for our Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Food Processing Machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, website, social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

- Contact potential customers and understand their machine requirements.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and advantages clearly.

- Follow up with customers regularly until the order is confirmed.

- Generate quotations and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.

- Maintain daily records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and order status.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with customers regarding payment, production status, dispatch, and delivery when required.

- Update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM or Excel system.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
