Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers to sell life insurance products.

- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions through cross-selling techniques.

- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, upsell ratios, etc.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in BPO sales, credit card sales, general insurance sales, inbound sales, matrimonial services or outbound sales.

- Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.

- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sales processes (e.g., CRM software).

- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
