Role Description The Telesales Consultant role is a full time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The consultant will handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Ionix water filtration products, explain features and benefits, and guide customers toward suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, generating leads, closing sales, and updating records in the sales system.

The role also involves following up with prospects, maintaining strong customer relationships,



and coordinating with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. The consultant is expected to meet performance targets, stay informed about product updates, and participate in periodic training sessions to improve product and sales knowledge.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Consulting skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate filtration solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and effective listening abilities.
- Customer Service experience with a focus on building trust, handling queries professionally, and resolving issues promptly.
- Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
- Basic computer proficiency for using CRM systems, call logs, and sales tracking tools.
- Prior telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in consumer products or home appliances, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage high call volumes, and meet defined sales and quality targets.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
