INDIFI Technologies is looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and promote business loan/financial products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain loan products and eligibility to customers.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Sales or BFSI.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English/Hindi.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and enthusiastic approach.
Compensation CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives
