Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Term and Non-Term insurance products
- Connect with prospective customers and explain policy features and benefits
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Valuable communication skills
- Candidates fluent in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be eligible for higher pay (up to ₹23,000 CTC)
- Basic smartphone and communication skills required
