About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele-marketing intern to manage assigned leads, engage with prospective students, and support them through the admission process. This role focuses on identifying potential candidates, building meaningful conversations, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. You will also contribute to lead generation through follow-ups and references.

Responsibilities:

- Handle and respond to assigned and inbound leads
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses
- Identify and nurture high-potential leads
- Conduct timely and professional follow-ups
- Support lead generation through references and outreach
- Maintain accurate records in Excel systems
- Provide clear and reliable course information




- Work towards achieving conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Degree
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is an advantage
- Robust communication skills (English & Malayalam)
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to understand and qualify student requirements
- Positive attitude with a goal-oriented approach
