About the Role

PCARDS Business Network Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Telemarketer / Inside

Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur.

The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads, explaining the company’s products and services, and supporting the sales process through effective follow-ups and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through telephone communication.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Clearly explain company offerings, benefits, pricing, and processes.
- Follow up with potential customers to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or meetings for the sales team.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales or business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.




- Address customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Handle customer objections and resolve basic concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during all customer interactions.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle objections and influence customer decisions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
