Role Description This is a full-time remote Telecalling-Freshers role focused on engaging with prospective students and parents over phone calls. The role involves making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, and providing accurate information about colleges, courses, exams, and related educational options listed on Collegedunia.

Telecallers will follow defined scripts and guidelines, record and update call details in internal systems, and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy during each interaction.



Daily tasks also include meeting call targets, sharing feedback from students to the team, and collaborating with colleagues to improve call quality and student experience. Training and ongoing support will be provided to help new team members quickly adapt to the role and the education domain.

Qualifications

- Solid verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident speaking style.
- Basic computer literacy, including the ability to work with online tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
- Customer service orientation, patience, and the ability to handle queries and concerns in a calm and respectful manner.
- Ability to follow scripts, processes, and instructions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet daily call and performance targets in a remote work setup.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language is preferred.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is beneficial but not mandatory; freshers are welcome.
