Job Role: Telecalling Executive – Interior Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team.

The selected candidate will connect with potential customers, understand their interior requirements, follow up on enquiries, and schedule appointments for our sales and design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls related to customer enquiries
- Follow up with potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Understand basic customer requirements for home interiors
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain customer and follow-up details in call records or CRM
- Build positive relationships with customers





Who Can Apply

- Freshers are welcome – training will be provided
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service are also welcome
- Good communication skills and a confident attitude
- Ability to speak Telugu and basic English/Hindi is preferred
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented setting
