Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to debt recovery.

- Process customer requests, provide information on payment options, and update records accordingly.

- Identify potential issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in BPO voice processes (domestic).

- Proficiency in Telugu language is required for this role.

- Solid understanding of outbound process and debt recovery procedures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
