Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecaller role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to entrepreneurs and investors, provide information about the platform’s services, and assist in onboarding users.

Responsibilities include explaining offerings clearly, answering queries, maintaining call logs and customer records, and following up to ensure engagement and satisfaction. The role involves working with internal teams to share feedback from calls, support lead generation,



and contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening skills.
- Ability to explain services and concepts simply, handle questions, and resolve basic concerns.
- Comfort with making multiple outbound calls daily and managing inbound inquiries in a professional manner.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools or call tracking systems, and data entry accuracy.
- Customer service mindset with patience, empathy, and a focus on building positive relationships.
- Organizational skills to manage call schedules, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam and collaborate with a growing startup team.
- Minimum high school diploma; vocational or degree-level education in business or communications is a plus.
