About the Role
We are looking for a Telecalling Associate to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain the services, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
- Explain our offerings clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain lead and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to move qualified leads forward.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Language proficiency: English; Hindi is a must.
