- Make outbound calls to generate new logistics/shipping leads.
- Explain and promote the company’s logistics & courier services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable shipping solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales.
- Maintain lead and customer records in CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Open to both Freshers with robust communication skills and Experienced professionals (logistics, courier, or e-commerce background preferred).
- Hindi & English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM.
