Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to warm leads and database contacts.

Service Booking: Explain service benefits and schedule service appointments/calls.

Objection Handling: Address customer doubts, counter objections, and clear hesitation.

Data Management: Maintain clean records of calls, follow-ups, and booking statuses.

Target Achievement: Meet daily call volumes and weekly booking targets consistently.

Qualifications Experience:



0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and strong objection handling skills.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (Marathi is a strong advantage).

Location: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately.
