We are looking for an energetic Telecalling Executive to connect with our existing and new customers on a daily basis. The candidate will introduce Vibrant Dye & Chem and its products, understand customer requirements, answer queries, provide relevant information, generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups. The role also involves maintaining customer records, updating call details and building strong customer relationships.
Good communication, confidence and a positive attitude are essential. Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, sales or chemical/pigment industry will be preferred.
