Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage prospective and existing clients, share information about properties and services, and qualify leads for the sales team.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating client information in the CRM, scheduling site visits or appointments, and following up on inquiries to support conversion of leads into clients. The role involves clearly explaining property features, responding to basic queries, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client communication and service.



The Telecaller is expected to meet call and follow-up targets while maintaining a courteous, professional, and client-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on active listening, problem-solving, and delivering a skilled and respectful experience.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or lead management tools, email, and spreadsheets to track and update client data.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes, follow-up schedules, and documentation accurately.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with sales teams, and adapt to a fast-paced real estate environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or real estate sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is an advantage.
- Comfort with working to targets and KPIs while maintaining ethical conduct and adherence to company policies.
