Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to college students and freshers.
- Introduce Spark Cybersecurity Training Program by Varutra.
- Explain course benefits, career opportunities, and learning outcomes.
- Identify interested candidates and generate quality leads.
- Maintain and update student database regularly.
- Follow up with interested students and assist in enrollment process.
- Coordinate with the training team for sessions and conversions.
- Maintain qualified and engaging communication.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students over calls.
- Basic understanding of sales / counseling is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools).
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Interest in cybersecurity or training domain is a bonus.
