Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.




- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle targets and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A confident, well-spoken and target-oriented candidate who can communicate effectively with customers and handle regular follow-ups. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
