Role Description The Telecaller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to share information about solar energy solutions, explain product and service offerings, and respond to inquiries.

Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings or site visits. The role also involves answering incoming calls, providing basic guidance on solar benefits, and ensuring a professional and courteous communication experience. The Telecaller is expected to meet call targets, support customer engagement campaigns,



and represent the organization’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using telecalling software, spreadsheets, and CRM or customer databases.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, maintain records, and meet daily and weekly targets.
- Candidates should possess a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is beneficial; familiarity with the solar or renewable energy sector is an added advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business, commerce, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication is desirable for interaction with a wide range of customers.
