Female Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Role Overview

- We are looking for a Female Telecaller to handle customer calls and support telesales activities.

- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Candidates from Secunderabad and surrounding areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

- Follow up with customers regularly to convert enquiries into sales.

- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.





- Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while communicating with customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Gender: Female

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- English: Good English communication is mandatory.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Good customer-handling and follow-up abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
