Position: Immigration Tele-caller

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Telecallers to join our immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education, or related industry and be comfortable handling leads, counselling clients, and converting enquiries into applications.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration/visa consultancy is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe, PR, work permits, Tourist visas, or other immigration programs will be preferred.
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the immigration/visa consultancy process.
- Experience in lead conversion and client counselling.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.




- Good English and Hindi/Punjabi communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients interested in immigration and visa services.
- Understand clients' profiles, requirements, and overseas plans.
- Explain our services, process, documentation, and next steps clearly.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel prospective clients and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups.
- Meet monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with senior immigration consultants and processing teams when required.

Important: Candidates without prior immigration/visa consultancy experience may not be considered. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
