About the Role

We are looking for a professional and confident Telecaller to join our growing jewellery brand. The candidate will handle customer calls, enquiries, lead follow-ups, and help generate showroom visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate confidently with customers in Hindi and English.
- Follow up with jewellery enquiries and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant jewellery product information.
- Convert enquiries into showroom visits and potential sales.
- Maintain and update customer and lead details in CRM.
- Track follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain proper records and prepare basic lead performance reports.

Requirements

- 0–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support,



Inside Sales, or Lead Management.
- Freshers with confident communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Fluent Hindi and professional English communication is essential.
- Solid customer-handling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Jewellery, retail, or sales experience is an added advantage.
