Job Role: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

- Handle telesales activities for Galaxy Dental Care.

- Communicate with prospective and existing customers over the phone.

- Explain dental services, address customer queries, and assist in generating appointments and business.

- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.

- Explain dental services and relevant offerings clearly.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

- Follow up with potential customers and encourage appointment bookings.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.





- Achieve assigned sales and telesales targets.

- Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
