Role Description This is a full-time Telecaller – Lead Generation role based in North Delhi, offered in a hybrid work model that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telecaller will contact potential insurance prospects, introduce agency services, and qualify leads based on defined criteria for trucking campaigns. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls from curated lead lists, engaging prospects in structured yet conversational discussions, and accurately recording call outcomes and lead status in internal systems.

The role also involves following up with warm leads. The Telecaller will be expected to meet or exceed targets while maintaining professional, ethical communication at all times.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Candidates should possess telecalling and lead generation skills, such as outbound calling experience, cold and warm calling techniques, and basic qualification and objection-handling abilities.
- Candidates should possess customer service and sales support skills, including maintaining a skilled tone, understanding customer needs, and guiding prospects toward booking appointments.
- Prior experience in insurance, telesales, or BPO environments is preferred but not mandatory; a results-focused mindset and comfort with target-driven work are beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Ability to work from the North Delhi office on required days and reliably manage tasks during work-from-home periods.
