We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our faculty recruitment consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting teachers and faculty members, explaining available job opportunities, collecting candidate details, and coordinating the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to teachers, faculty members, and potential candidates.
- Explain job openings, eligibility criteria, salary, location, and other requirements.
- Collect and update candidate information and resumes.
- Screen candidates based on basic eligibility and client requirements.
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and educational institutions.




- Maintain daily calling and candidate follow-up records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/recruitment targets.
- Maintain qualified communication with candidates.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Freshers can apply.

Preferred Experience Experience in telecalling, recruitment, HR consultancy, education consultancy, faculty recruitment, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable + Performance Incentives
