– Telecaller Cum Counselor Position: Telecaller Cum Counselor Location: Khanna Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound calls with prospective students. Explain courses, fees, advantages, and enrollment process to interested candidates. Counsel students according to their requirements and career goals.

Follow up regularly with leads and prospective students. Convert leads into walk-ins and admissions through effective communication. Handle student queries and provide appropriate information. Follow up with interested students for fee payment and ensure timely fee collection.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and admissions. Achieve assigned calling, counseling,



follow-up, and admission targets. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth student onboarding.

RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with both telecalling and face-to-face counseling. Sales-oriented approach with the ability to convert leads. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
