Verify customer and loan-related information over the phone. Maintain and update customer/case data in MS Excel. Prepare and maintain daily Excel reports and trackers. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements Knowledge of MS Excel is required. Good communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable with tele-calling and data entry work.
