- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.

- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.

- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services.

- Update customer information in the database during and after calls.

- Achieve monthly targets set by the company for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.

- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to customers.

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

- Follow scripts and guidelines while engaging with customers.

- Report to supervisors or managers regarding call outcomes and customer feedback.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Skills Required
