We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Admissions to handle student enquiries, explain our courses, follow up with prospective students, and support the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students and respond to admission enquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update enquiry status.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil & English communication preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, education sales or admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary: ₹10,000+ per month + incentives (if applicable) Location: Avadi, Chennai
