Role Description The Telecaller will engage with prospective and current students and families by making outbound and receiving inbound calls, providing information about courses, programs, and admission processes.

Responsibilities include answering queries, explaining offerings clearly, maintaining call logs, and updating student records in internal systems. The role also involves following up with leads, scheduling counseling or demo sessions, and sharing feedback from callers with the team to improve services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area,



requiring regular collaboration with the counseling and administrative staff.

Qualifications

- Robust verbal communication and active listening skills to handle inquiries effectively and build rapport over the phone.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to support students and families with clarity and empathy.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call management software.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or front-office roles in education or services sectors is an advantage.
- Comfortable communicating in English and local languages commonly used in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a graduate degree is preferred.
