Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets by upselling/cross-selling products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in tele sales or related field.
- Robust English and Hindi communication skills (verbal).
- Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
