Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their wedding-related requirements, generate interest in ShaadiDukaan.com services, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and followup on incoming enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant wedding services/vendors.
- Explain service offerings, packages, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings/sales by effectively handling customer objections.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Update customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide a smooth experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on lead status and sales performance.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and convincng skills.
- Confident and comfortable with outbound calling.




- Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/WhatsApp/email.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Experience Criteria

- Freshers: Good comminication skill, confidence, willingness to learn, and a sales-oriented mindset.

- 1–3 Years Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer support, or business development will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Candidates with a passion for sales and the wedding/event industry will be an added advantage.

Salary

As per experience and interview performance + applicable incentives.
